Vegan Pizza



Vegan pizza is a house hold favorite! This recipe can be changed to add whatever you like on your pizza. Maybe some vegan cheese, vegan pepperoni or green bell peppers... whatever you are in the mood for.

Check out this recipe using our vegan pesto sauce. I bet you will love it!

Ingredients: 

1 loaf of french breadFresh BasilVegan Pizza veggies

1/2 cup of  vegan pesto

olive oil

1 plump tomato, thinly sliced

1 onion, thinly sliced

handful fresh basil

**I use the toaster oven to cook these. Easier :)

***Depending on how many pizzas you want to make you might use all ingredients. If you are only making 1 or 2 cut the recipe down.


Steps:

1.  Preheat toaster oven to 375 degrees F. Cut french bread down the middle to open it up and then into 3 inch pieces. Or however big you would like your pizza sliced. 

2. spread a little bit of olive oil over each side. Spread about 1 tbsp of vegan pesto sauce on each side.

3. Place onion on pizza, topped with tomatoes and then fresh basil.

4. Place pizza on baking rack, and cook in toaster oven for 10-15 minutes or until bread looks crisp.

5. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before eating... ENJOY!
